CNBM (Taicang) specializes in the development and delivery of glass coating systems, with Low-E glass coating lines as its core business. Our expertise in large-area magnetron sputtering covers the entire project lifecycle, from equipment and process development to manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training, and future upgrades. To date, more than 20 Low-E coating lines are in commercial operation.

CTIEC has delivered glass projects in more than 50 countries and holds over 65% of the global high-end glass engineering market. Proven Experience in Low-E Glass Coating

Established in 2009, we operate a modern manufacturing base covering approximately 100,000 m² (150 mu), with capabilities for the engineering, assembly, testing, and delivery of vacuum coating equipment. The facility is dedicated to the development, manufacturing, and delivery of Low-E glass coating lines. To date, more than 20 Low-E coating lines have been delivered, covering the full range of single, double, and triple-silver Low-E coatings. Our customer base includes international glass manufacturers such as Guardian, Xinyi Group, and Yaohua Group. We operate under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.

R&D Center

• Our core R&D team brings together more than 30 well-educated professional engineers and technical specialists. Their expertise spans mechanical engineering, electrical systems, coating processes, vacuum technology, and automation to unite the key disciplines behind a complete glass coating line.
• Research resources across CNBM Group give our team early access to new technologies. We test and validate these technologies on our own production line to ensure a direct transition from R&D to industrial application. New developments are evaluated under actual production conditions before moving into commercial projects. Key components such as cathodes are developed in-house. For other core components, we work closely with established international technology suppliers on joint development and customized solutions.
