In-Line Low-E Glass Coating System

Low-E coating systems are large-area in-line magnetron sputtering lines that deposit thin dielectric and metallic coatings onto glass under controlled vacuum conditions. Glass substrates pass through vacuum chambers, where coating materials are deposited layer by layer with precisely controlled composition and thickness — giving the final coating the optical and thermal performance required for high-performance Low-E glass.
