• Delivered as a turnkey project, the complete line comprises the Low-E coater,material handling system, washing machine, DI water system, cooling water system, and other supporting equipment required for the production line.
• Online-adjustable magnetic bars and in-situ system support coating uniformity for complex layer stacks and shorten recovery time to required process conditions.

The original double-silver line started production in 2021 and has operated steadily since commissioning. In 2023, the customer approached us again and signed a contract to upgrade the same line for triple-silver glass production. The upgrade was completed in 2024, and the line has since achieved stable production of triple-silver Low-E glass.

• The upgraded line now produces temperable triple-silver Low-E glass, while still retaining capability for production of double and single-silver products.
• A 20-second mechanical cycle time was tested and certified by the Suzhou Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection, providing independent verification of the line's high-speed production capability.
• The coating line has a design capacity of 12 million m² per year, with actual output determined by the mix of products and glass specifications in production.
• The customer's decision to return for the triple-silver upgrade after operating the original line provides practical evidence of the system's reliability and the value of continued technical support.
