2800×3660 mm² Triple-Silver Low-E Glass Coating Line

Under the turnkey project scope, the complete coating production line includes the Low-E coater, material handling system, washing machine, DI water system, cooling water system, and other supporting equipment.

After completing equipment development and manufacturing, our engineering team carried out on-site installation and commissioning, followed by operation of the coating line and coating process training for the customer team. The complete line entered production in 2023.

• The sputter coating line has completed acceptance and is in commercial operation, with stable production of temperable triple-silver Low-E glass.
• Design annual capacity reaches 12 million m², with actual output depending on the coating stacks and glass specifications in the production mix.
