Glass Coating Line Projects
3300×6000 mm² Low-E Glass Coating Line
Project Highlights
- We are delivering a 3300 × 6000 mm² inline sputter Low-E glass coating line under a turnkey project model, with the scope of supply covering the Low-E coater, DI water system, cooling water system, and complete line integration services.
- An in-situ chamber inspection system and online adjustable magnetic bars provide real-time monitoring and adjustment of coating quality, supporting consistent product performance across different production locations.
- Selected cathodes use oxygen partial-pressure control (λ probe) or Plasma Emission Monitor (PEM) control, according to process requirements, to maintain stable sputtering conditions.
- Drop-in integrated components simplify operation and maintenance, with less manual work and shorter downtime during servicing.
- The complete coating line is designed and manufactured in accordance with CE certification requirements for international safety compliance.
Implementation & Delivery
The project was signed in 2025, followed by development and manufacturing at our facility. In August 2026, the complete Low-E glass coating line successfully passed the customer’s Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). The line is now about to enter the on-site installation phase.
Current Status & Next Stage
After delivery to the customer factory, the line will enter on-site installation and commissioning, supported by hands-on technical training and production support. The successful customer FAT provided key pre-shipment validation, confirming compliance with the quality and performance requirements of this international project.
